At the 5 of June 2011 the Memorandum of Understanding for cooperation between Baltic to Black Sea Alliance (BBSA) and International Centre for Geopolitical Studies Georgia has signed. MoU was signed by Richard Berug, Chairman of BBSA, and Tengiz Pkhaladze, Chairman of ICGS Georgia.
Presentation of the book of the International Centre for Geopolitical Studies (ICGS): “SOFT POWER” – THE NEW CONCEPT OF THE RUSSIAN FOREIGN POLICY TOWARD GEORGIA (August 2008 postwar period) was held at the Ilia State University. The presentation was held at the initiative of the Youth Center of Georgia.
In 25-26 November 2010 was held the visit of South Caucasus countries’ public opinion formers to NATO Headquarter (Brussels, Belgium). The main topics of the meetings were the results of the Lisbon Summit, also prospects of NATO-Georgian relationships. Among the Georgian delegation was the chairman of the ICGS Tengiz Pkhaladze.
On 11-12 of November the 4th Security Forum, organized by Fund “Open Ukraine”, took place in Kyiv. The problems of Black Sea Region and European Security were discussed at the forum. International Centre for Geopolitical Studies were presented by Tengiz Pkhaladze. He was the panelist at the session: “Black Sea Geopolitics: Dilemmas and Prospects”.
In 19-23 of October representatives of Georgian NGOs’ visited capital of the Ukraine, Kiev. The visit was an introductory, and its aim was to arrange meetings with international and local organizations, which are actively working on the issues of the Ukraine integration in European Union.
In October 1, 2010 at the initiative of International Centre for Geopolitical Studies students of Tbilisi Universities’ attended the discussion of the Draft Constitutional Law "On Introduction of the Changes and Amendments to the Constitution of Georgia" with the second hearing on the plenary sitting of the Parliament of Georgia.

In September 24, 2010 at the initiative of International Centre for Geopolitical Studies Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State Universities’ students attended the discussion of the Draft Constitutional Law "On Introduction of the Changes and Amendments to the Constitution of Georgia "at the level of the principles with the first hearing on the extraordinary sitting of the Parliament of Georgia.
The event held with the framework of the project "Students' awareness improvement in connection of changes and Amendment to the Constitution of Georgia".

30 of June 2010 at the initiative of the International Centre for geopolitical Studies the student’s conference held at the Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University. The topics of the conference were: "The local elections 2010 and its results", and the summing of results of the project "Improvement of Students’ Civil Awareness in Terms of Elections".
7 of June 2010 at the initiative of the International Centre for geopolitical Studies the meeting of students with CEC administration took place at the Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University. The topic of the meeting was "The local elections 2010 and its results".

24 May 2010 at the initiative of the International Centre for geopolitical Studies the meeting of the mayor`s candidates and the students of several universities of Tbilisi was held in the Sheraton Metekhi Palace.
10 of May 2010 at the initiative of the International Centre for geopolitical Studies the students meeting with Dr. Antons Petrivskis lecture of Latvian State University took place at the Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University. The topic of the meeting was "Latvian Municipal Elections 2009".
5 of May 2010 at the initiative of the International Centre for geopolitical Studies the students meeting with Dr. Nerijus Maliukevichus head of Institute of International Relations and Political Science (Vilnius University) took place at the Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi state University. The topic of the meeting was "Lithuanian electoral processes and the problem voter inducement".
30 march 2010 at the initiative of the International Centre for geopolitical Studies the meeting of students with Olexie Haran The Academic director of the school for policy Analysis, present professor, Dept.of political Science took place at the Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi state University. The topic of the meeting was "Ukrainian Presidential Elections".
30 march 2010 the meeting of members of the Election Code Working Group in the Tbilisi NDI office with students took place at the Library of Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi state University. The topic of the meeting was ”Georgian Election Code and forthcoming Elections of Tbilisi Mayor and Local Self-Governmental Elections”.
The chairman of ICGS, Tengiz Pkhaladze, participated in international conference “NATO’s New Strategic Concept – Global, Transatlantic and Regional Challenges and Tasks”.

We, representatives of the civil society organizations of Georgia, being dedicated to the principles of non-partisanship, respect for human rights and diversity of opinions as well as culture of non-violence and civil responsibility, considered as our personal and professional duty to take direct part in the resolution of the political crisis emerged in the country.
