On 25 th of September 2014 Discussion in the framework of joint project of Europe House Georgia in cooperation with the International Center for Geopolitical Studies (ICGS) was held in Europe House.
Nato Bachiashvili met to Frank Boland, Director of Force Planning, NATO Defence Policy and Planning Directorate. The Meeting was held at the Ministry of Defence of Georgia.
Nato Bachiashvili participated at the meeting with Deputy Minister of Defense of Georgia. During this meeting were discussed decisions, outcomes and opportunities of NATO summit in Wales and implementation of the substantial package.
Nato Bachiashvili has taken part at the information meeting about Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Area (DCFTA) Agreement between Georgia and EU.
The main purpose of the meeting was raising awareness about Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Area (DCFTA) agreement Between Georgia and EU Enacted on 1st September 2014, among Business communities, academic circles and NGOs.
On 17 of June 2014 Memorandum of Understanding between International Centre for Geopolitical Studies and Levan Mikeladze Diplomatic Training Centre of MFA Georgia was signed.
On May 22, Chairman of ICGS Tengiz Pkhaladze took part at the public discussion: "New Geopolitical Reality, Responses and Actions" – Eastern Partnership: Successes and Challenges".
On 14 May 2014 in the initiative of Europe House Georgia, in cooperation with the International Center for Geopolitical Studies (ICGS) Public Discussion: EU-Russia-Georgia was held. The topic of discussion was EU- Russia-Georgia's policies in the run-up to signing the Association Agreement by Georgia.
On 15th April 2014 within the framework of the NATO week Tengiz Pkhaladze had meeting with teachers from Guria Region at the NATO Liaision Office, Tbilisi. 15 teachers of Geography, History as well as Civil Education participated in the meeting, organized within the framework of the NATO week. Tengiz Pkhaladze discussed Georgia's NATO Integration process, challenges and perspectives.
Tengiz Pkhaladze gave a speech at the 83rd seminar of the Rose-Roth which held under the aegis of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly in Tbilisi from 29 April to 1 May 2013 .
The topic of the seminar was: "South Caucasus: Geopolitics, Euro-Atlantic Integration and Internal Challenges."
On 22-25 April 2013 Tengiz Pkhaladze in the framework of the project - “Security Sector Reform – Centre of Excellence in Southern Caucasus” visited Slovak Republic and Poland.
On 22-23 April 2013 Experts from Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia had meetings in the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of the Slovak Republic. Experts were discussing most recent issues of the region, as well as challanges related to security sector reform in South Caucasus with State Secretary Amb. Peter Burian. Experts also visited the Institute of Security and Defence Studies, Ministry of Defence.
On 27 JUL 2012 the Press conference about Georgia-Ukrainian project “Security Barometer” was held at the hotel Courtyard- Marriott (Tbilisi).
Results of research of Georgian and Ukrainian experts about internal and external threats in regards of both countries were discussed during the press conference.
The research consists of 4 blocks: Political and Military security issues; economic and energy security issues; humanitarian and informational security; security in the ecological sphere.

During the 6-7 JUL 2012 the second part of the project "International experience in reforming the State Automobile Inspectorate, acceptability and alternatives for the Ukraine." held in the Ukraine.Representatives of MIA and NGOs of Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia and Armenia participated at this part of the project. The Project initiator - Ukrainian special Board of fighting against corruption. Project partner from Georgian side - International Centre for Geopolitical Studies (ICGS).
The Georgian Delegation were represented by Tengiz Pkhaladze Chairman of International centre for geopolitical Studies, Nato Bachiashvili – Project Coordinator of the ICGS, Aleksandre Bolkvadze – Depute chief of the Patrol Police Department of MIA Georgia; Vladimer Pitskhelauri – Chief of Analyze and Coordination division of Analytic Department of MIA Georgia.
On 20-21 of May 2012 Nato Bachiashvili, project coordinator of the International Centre for Geopolitical Studies attended NATO Chicago Summit.
Cooperation agreement between International Centre for Geopolitical Studies (ICGS) and Ukrainian Institute for Public Policy (UIPP) has signed in Tbilisi.
On 22-24 March 2012 Chairman of International Centre for Geopolitical Studies Tengiz Pkhaladze moderated the panel: Could the Eastern Partnership contribute to conflict resolution in the Eastern Partnership region?" at the I Eastern Partnership Forum, which was held at the "Radisson Blue Iveria".
On 13-14 of December 2011 Nato Bachiashvili the project Coordinator of ICGS participated in the Public Diplomacy Workshop for Civil Society Representatives from Partner Countries was held in NATO Headquarters (Belgium, Brussels). The NGO representatives from Georgia, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ukraine, Kyrgyz Republic, Macedonia, Montenegro, Finland, and Serbia were participated in the workshop.
Mayor of Tbilisi Gigi Ugulava presented the book of the International Center for Geopolitical Studies "My Rights and Responsibilities", at the meeting with Art School students and professors. The book is intended for 14-18 years old students in order to raise their awareness in their own rights and duties.
International Centre for Geopolitical Studies presented the new book "My rights and responsibilities” to the senior students of №157 public school. The book is intended for young students of 14-18 ages. The Minister of Education and Science of Georgia Mr. Dimitri Shashkin, and the head of academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Mrs. Khatia Dekanoidze were attending the presentation.
On September 16-17, 2011, Riga, the capital of Latvia, hosted one of the leading security forums in Northern Europe – the Rīga Conference. The conference brought together leaders of political, business and science circles, world thinkers and journalists to discuss on the most important and current security, defence and international affairs challenges.
This year the first session of the Riga Conference was opened with participation of Prime Ministers of Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, Finland and Poland with debates focused on the changing economic climate and the security of the EU and NATO during a time of lesser and lesser resources.

7-9 September 2011 XXI Economic Forum held in Krynica (Poland). The Economic Forum is one of the most significant international events in the region. It has been organized every year in the beginning of September since the early nineties. Its mission is to build a favorable climate for the development of political and economic cooperation among the countries of the European Union and their neighbours.
On June 3, 2011, experts and policy makers from Georgia, the Baltic Sea region countries and Russia will gather in Riga for the conference entitled "Georgia towards 2013 – reality, reforms, and expectations" to debate the recent internal developments in Georgia, its foreign policy challenges as well as to seek for possible solutions. The conference is organised by the Baltic to Black Sea Alliance (BBSA) in cooperation with the Latvian Transatlantic Organisation (LATO) and European House Georgia.
