Cooperation agreement between International Centre for Geopolitical Studies (ICGS) and Ukrainian Institute for Public Policy (UIPP) has signed in Tbilisi.

According to this agreement ICGS and UIPP will implement the project "Security Barometer - Monitoring and Early Warning Analysis of Regional Threats to Stability and Security in Ukraine and Georgia”; Within the framework of the Project, Parties are envisaging to publishing quarterly publication of the monitoring results (instability indexes) of the main security threats in the regional and national scale; arrange quarterly presentation of the publication in Ukraine and Georgia; Arrange two annual conferences, which will bring together policymakers from Ukraine and Georgia during the discussion of stability and security threats.
