The 7th Annual Assembly of the EaP CSF held under the title "Moving Reforms Forward in Testing Times" from 19 to 21 November in Kyiv,Ukraine attracted about 300 participants, observers and guests. The event officially opened by Commissioner Johannes Hahn and Prime Minister Of the Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk. The focus of this year's Assembly was on the new ENP and the role of Civil Society in advancing reforms in the Eastern Partnership region.
